Subterranean Termite treatments

Tent Fumigations/Spot treatments
  • Structural tent fumigations are provided for severe infestations of drywood termites, powder post beetles, old house borers, bed bugs, rodents, etc.
  • Vikane gas (Sulfuryl Fluoride) is the fumigant that is used on all fumigations.
  • For minor infestations spot treatments are an option where tent fumigation can be avoided.
  • Structural fumigations are performed on residential and commercial properties.
  • Most fumigations last about two days before completion.
Wood Destoying Organism Inspections/Rodent Exclusion
  • Premier Pest Prevention, LLC provides WDO Inspections using Florida State regulated form 13645.
  • WDO inspections are primarily used for real estate transactions during the buying or selling process of a residential or commercial property.
  • WDO Inspections are a visual inspection only, and do not constitute a guarantee of the absence of a wood destroying organism. However Premier Pest Prevention will conduct a thorough inspection looking for any possible damage, evidence, or live infestations of a WDO.
  • In reference to rodent exclusion, Premier Pest Prevention will conduct a thorough inspection of the structure in question, and make necessary corrections to prevent rodents from entering the structure.
  • Exclusion is not included with a regular pest prevention program and will require extra fees.
